- Ability to positively influence staff /clients and contractors at all levels
- Ability to respond to a dynamic work environment
- Current NZ Class 1 Drivers Licence
- A good understanding of Microsoft Suite of products

- Ability to relate to a wide range of people from all backgrounds in a professional manner

MECHANICAL ENGINEER – TEAM LEADER
- A degree in mechanical engineering and be registered (or gain registration) with IPENZ as a professional engineer
- Experience with materials handling product design
- Be fully conversant with the MS Office suite of products
- CAD drawing and modelling skills with FEA experience
- Full understanding of applicable codes and standards
- Be decisive and able to perform under pressure within tight time constraints
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work as a team
- Able to train and mentor others
- Current NZ Class 1 drivers licence
- Knowledge of the HSAW Act is desirable
